Refurbished products are used products that have been expertly analyzed, tested, and in some cases repaired to ensure a 100% functionality of the device. This makes refurbished products not only much more affordable than new ones, but also a sustainable choice in a world struggling with e-waste.

All of our devices come with a standard 1-year warranty, during which we will perform necessary repairs free of charge. In case that repairs are not possible, we will either replace your product with a similar one, or reimburse you for your device. For most products, you also have the option to extend your warranty by an additional year.

All of our refurbished devices are expertly analyzed and sometimes repaired to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. This means that they came with virtually the same functionality as new devices.

Yes! We collaborate with Gadgets Planet, a local electronics and mobile repair shop with locations in Limassol and Polis.
Gadgets Planet has dozens of our devices on display. We invite all of our customers to go to one of their locations and inspect our devices personally before a purchase – the prices in the shop will always be the same as online.

If you don’t like or don’t need a product that you received less than 15 days ago, you can return it to us for free.

We aim to ship out orders every working day around 3-4pm. If you placed an order before this time, we will most likely ship it out the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped out on the next working day.
If you chose delivery to your closest ACS point, your order should typically arrive there on the next working day. If you chose delivery to your home, then it might take up to three days to arrive.

If you would like to pick-up your order on the same day, you can do so at ACS Tsirio, Limassol. You will be able to pay in cash or card during pick up.

We strive to offer the biggest diversity of refurbished Apple products in Cyprus. Unfortunately, there are many devices that simply don’t have enough demand to make it worthwhile for our business. This primarily concerns devices that are older than 6 years, or that are younger than 1-2 years.
With that being said, we still may be able to create a backorder for you with one of our suppliers. Therefore, if you’re interested in an Apple product that we currently don’t offer yet, then we encourage you to contact us – we may still be able to help you.
Typically, Apple products get new software updates for up to six to eight years. The exact time frame depends on the specific generation and the parts used in a device. For example, iPhone Pros tend to receive a few more months or years since their CPUs are sometimes used in the following generation as well.
At iRefurbished, all of our batteries come with at least 85% capacity. This translates to a significantly reduced likelyhood of any battery-related issued coming up during the next three years of use – which also positively affects overall device health.
We also occasionally offer devices with brand new batteries. If you’re interested in such a device, please contact our support.
