Returns Policy
If you purchased an iPhone, iPad, Macbook, or other any other product from us, we sincerely hope that everything is according to your expectations. However, if you’d still like to return a product, you can do so free of charge within the first 15 days of receiving the product. More information is available down below.
Conditions for a return
Return basics
Our 15-day “change of mind” guarantee starts when the courier hands over the product to you or a trusted party. If you decide to return a product, simply contact our customer support and register your return with us. You will then have five working days to hand over your product to ACS or drop it off at our Limassol store (coming in Q2 2024).
You can do so without giving any reasons. Any refunds will be processed through the same payment method you used during the purchase. If you wish to change the method of payment, please inform our support when registering the return.
Product conditions
You are allowed to open and use the device during the first 15 days of receiving the product. However, if you wish to receive a full refund for your product, make sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it. This means, among other things, that it is free of any additional scratches or marks, and in the original packaging. If this is not the case, a depreciation fee may be charged.
If you want to use the product for several days, we highly recommend to use protective covers to reduce the risk of any damages.
Steps before returning a product
Before returning any device to us, please make sure that it is in the exact same condition as you received it. This includes the following things:
- Back up your personal information
- Turn off Find My [Device]
- Remove iCloud from the device, otherwise we cannot take back your product
- Remove the SIM card
- Reset to factory settings
In this manual you can learn exactly how to do that. We won’t be able to take your product back if you did not complete these steps first.
We can't accept returns of these products
The only product which cannot be returned, unless there are any technical issues of course, are in-ear headphones after their seal has been broken. This is due to hygenic reasons.
How to return a product
1. Contact us
If you decided to return a product within 15 days of receiving it, please contact our customer support immediately. We will register your return in our system, which will give you five working days to prepare your device and hand it over to ACS or our Limassol store staff (coming Q2 2024).
2. Prepare your product for the return
Furthermore, before returning your product, please factory reset your device using our device reset manual. This will ensure your data is safe during the process. Finally, please make sure that your product is adequately packaged for the shipping process.
3. Ship off your product (free)
Once you’ve properly prepared your device for shipping, please send it to the ACS Tsiriou location for pick-up. Make sure to provide our name and phone number when sending the package. We will be happy to pay for the delivery cost – simply inform the ACS staff that the recipient will pay for it.
Once you have shipped off your device, it will typically take around 1-2 days until we receive it. Once received, we aim to review it within 48 hours. If everything is as expected, your refund will be issued to the same payment method on the same day.
