How it works

As a vendor of refurbished Apple products, we’re always looking to acquire used iPhones and iPads from consumers. If you have one of these products and are ready to sell it, simply press the “Estimate My Device” button below to see how much your device is worth. From there, you can start the process.

First, we will need your device for a few days to properly analyze it for any damages. You can either choose to ship it to us via ACS (for free), or you can drop it off at our store location (coming in Q2 2024). Once we had a chance to take a closer look at your device, we will make you a concrete offer – which will depend on the external (cosmetic) condition of your device, and the internal parts.

If you accept our offer, you can choose to get paid in either cash, bank transfer, PayPal, or a store voucher. Otherwise, we will of course send the device back to you within two working days.

Which devices do you buy?

We also buy iPads from any generations that were released during or after 2018.

We do not buy devices that have unrepairable damage to key parts. This includes devices with water damage, bend devices, devices that have a shattered back cover, devices that have a broken motherboard, devices that have a broken Touch ID, and similar critical damages. 

Do I need to send anything besides the device?

If you still have the original box, please send to us with your phone (optional). You will not need to send any of the accessories.

How long will the process take?

Once you have shipped off your device, it will typically take around 1-2 days until we receive it. Once received, we aim to review your device and send you an offer within 72 hours. If you decide to sell it to us, then we will provide you with the payment within 1 working day. If you decide not to sell to us, then we will ship the device back to you within 24 hours.
