How will my order be delivered

All of our orders are delivered via courier service ACS, which has over 300 locations and pick-up points in Cyprus. You can choose whether your order will be delivered to an ACS point which is closest to your provided address, or alternatively, we can ask ACS to deliver your order straight to your home.

All orders with a value of over €100 will receive free shipping to the closest ACS point and a reduced fee for shipping to your home. For orders worth less than €100, a delivery fee of €3.90 applies.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

If you place your order before 2 pm on a working day, then we will hand it to our courier on the same day. Otherwise, it will be provided to the courier on the next working day.

Once ACS has your order, delivery to the closest ACS point typically takes one working day. If you chose delivery to your home, the delivery time can be up to three working days. In any case, you will receive a notification via SMS when your order is ready for pick-up.

Can I get the tracking link of my order?

Absolutely. If you need the tracking link of your order, please contact us and our support agents will provide you with your tracking number immediately.

Can I pick up my order from your store?

If you would like to pick-up your order on the same day, there are two options.

Option 1: we can bring it to the ACS Tsiriou location in Limassol, where it will be available for pick-up on the same day. Simply select this option during check-out and we will make that your order will be waiting for you.

Option 2: since 2026, we have partnered with Gadgets Planet, a trusted electronics and phone repair shop in Mesa Geitonia, Limassol. Gadgets Planet typically has 10-20 iRefurbished iPhones on display at any time. If you would like to pick up your device from Gadgets Planet, please contact us via WhatsApp, Email, or the chat function of this website and we will arrange it for you.

Can I pay for my order upon delivery?

Definitely. Simply select “pay on delivery” as your preferred payment option, and you will be able to pay ACS in cash or via credit card when receiving your oder.

To which countries do you deliver?

Currently, we can only deliver orders within the Republic of Cyprus. 

Do you deliver to North Cyprus

We cannot deliver to North Cyprus directly, but we can deliver to any ACS point near the border: e.g. in Nicosia, Paralimni, or Kokkinothrimitia. As long as you are allowed to cross the border we are happy to send your order to a convenient ACS location near the border so that you can go to pick it up from there.
