Data collection when placing an order

When you place an order with us, your personal data (first and last name, street and house number, zip code and place of residence, e-mail address) are used to process the order. We may provide this personal data to our delivery service so that the order can be delivered. We also receive information about the payment from your bank or credit card company. We use your email address for this. We have a legitimate interest in this. We keep this information for three years after the order has been completed. We keep certain customer data for a longer period in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation. 

Providing to third parties:  We work with certain companies that may receive the above-mentioned personal data from us.

Website analytics

We keep statistics about the use of our online store. We use these statistics to improve our online store and, for example, we can show personalized, relevant information. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. We use your email address for this based on your permission. Naturally, we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always report this to us. We store this information for one year.
